The Mappila Studies and Research Centre (MSRC) holds an impressive collection of 842 rare books in Malayalam, English, and Arabi-Malayalam. In addition to these, the Centre has successfully digitized 16 rare Arabi-Malayalam books. The collection was further enriched when T.M. Suhara Beevi contributed 197 rare books and documents, a gesture that has added significant historical value to the centre. Cheraman Perumal Islamic Heritage Museum in Kodungallur provided digital versions of 113 documents. The Mappila Studies and Research Centre (MSRC) actively engages in heritage preservation through initiatives like heritage trails, which take participants to historical destinations across Malabar, with special focus to Kozhikode.
